About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to join our team at Toolstation. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting the Store Manager, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing stock, handling customer queries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, promoting products, and providing recommendations to customers.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to use retail systems and software.
