We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team at Sports Direct as a Casual Sales Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Drive sales by identifying and meeting customer needs, and promoting products through upselling and cross-selling
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions
  • Contribute to visual merchandising standards by maintaining store displays and ensuring they are visually appealing and easy to navigate
  • Process transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy


Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of retail products and services
  • Able to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Adaptable and flexible with a positive attitude
