Senior Social Content Creator

NewGen is a social-first creative and creator agency that stands at the forefront of culture, creators, and community.
We are seeking an experienced and innovative creative to assume the role of Senior Social Content Creator. The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary passionate about producing captivating content across social media platforms, including TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative video concepts that exceed client expectations while prioritizing audience engagement.
- Interpret and challenge briefs from the social media team to bring video ideas to life for our client's social media channels.
- Set the creative standard for the team, ensuring content aligns with brand identities and resonates with the target audience.
Requirements:
- Minimum four years experience in content creation.
- Minimum one year experience in team management.
- Demonstrated experience in shooting and editing high-quality content using a smartphone and DSLR cameras.
