About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Scarborough and surrounding areas. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing social companionship and assistance to vulnerable adults in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide social companionship and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with light domestic duties, meal preparation, and household administration
  • Accompany clients to appointments and engage in social activities
  • Use own initiative and work independently to provide high-quality support
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence with business insurance
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults at risk
