Business Development Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Account Manager to join our team at Deskpro Ltd. as a key player in growing accounts, expanding teams, and upselling plans to SME & Mid-market customers.
This role is ideal for a great communicator, target-driven sales professional, and someone who enjoys the fast-paced world of SaaS. The successful candidate will work closely with our Commercial Team Lead, Sales Team, and CEO to speak to customers across various channels, implement new processes, and collaborate with our Product Marketing and Customer Support teams.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Directly reporting to Hannah, our Commercial Team Lead, and working collaboratively to achieve business objectives.
- Implementing new processes to drive revenue growth and identifying opportunities to upsell new revenue streams.
- Collaborating with Product Marketing and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Identifying churn risks and alerting our Customer Success team to mitigate potential losses.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. This salary range reflects the company's commitment to rewarding talented professionals and offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development within the organization.
