Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Visualiser to join our team, working on a variety of exciting projects across the Residential and Mixed-use sectors. Your main responsibilities will include creating high-standard visuals using 3D modelling and visualisation tools, such as SketchUp, Twinmotion, and Enscape. You will also be responsible for producing illustrative plans and aesthetically pleasing diagrams. This is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate your skills and expertise in architectural visualisation.

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum three years of professional visualisation/graphic design experience
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Twinmotion, and Enscape
- Strong proficiency in Adobe software
- Knowledge of development software, including Unreal Engine (desired)
- A keen eye for detail and high-quality work
- Ability to work independently or part of a team
- Strong presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating design capabilities
