Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales, increase market share, and improve profitability
- Oversee the sales function, managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading efforts to expand into new markets and channels
- Manage and motivate a small, dedicated team, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration
- Be responsible for achieving agreed sales and profit objectives, working with the Finance Director to monitor budgets and financial performance
- Direct the day-to-day operations, ensuring our supply chain, distribution, and customer service functions are operating efficiently and effectively
- Proven experience in a senior commercial or sales-focused leadership role
- A track record of delivering profitable growth in a B2B or wholesale environment
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with experience in budget and P&L management
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- A competitive salary of around £80-90,000 (negotiable, based on experience)
