We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our internal MEP self-delivery design and build business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all work is planned, procured, and executed safely, meeting Kier standards and UK regulations.
  • Review and optimise designs for safe, efficient construction, implementing quality control procedures to meet standards and contract requirements.
  • Handle change control, manage risks and opportunities, and provide accurate updates on project progress and finances.
  • Lead and support your team, setting clear expectations and working together to achieve project goals.
  • Foster an inclusive, diverse, and supportive workplace for your team.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an Engineer with strong technical knowledge of Mechanical services and safety.
  • CSCS and SMSTS accreditation.
  • A willingness to learn and progress, always seeking out development opportunities.
