Job Description

As a Senior High-Rise Construction Manager at Guild Building Services, you will play a key role in leading our team of civil engineers and site managers to deliver high-quality projects across the commercial and residential sectors.

  • Design and oversee civil infrastructure projects, including high-rise, commercial, and residential buildings, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Conduct structural design and analysis using international standards, applying your expertise to drive project success.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and specifications, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Lead site inspections, enforcing compliance with safety standards and project plans, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Develop detailed project cost estimates and monitor progress, providing actionable insights to inform project decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Expertise in Structural Design, Project Management, and Construction Management.
  • Strong focus on safety planning and sustainable design, driving innovative solutions that benefit our clients and the environment.
