Job Title: Executive Care Assistant

Are you a compassionate and adaptable individual looking for a rewarding career in care? We are seeking an Executive Care Assistant to join our team at Hale Household, supporting a highly successful and disabled female creative leader.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing personal and medical care, assisting with daily living tasks, and enabling our client to live an independent life. As an Executive Care Assistant, you will work closely with our client, acting as their arms and legs, and supporting them in all aspects of daily living.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal and medical care, including intimate personal care, stoma care, bowel management, and injections
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as managing medications, cooking, and cleaning
  • Supporting our client with mobility and transfers, including hoisting and lifting
  • Assisting with travel and events, both locally and internationally
  • Working closely with our client to understand their needs and preferences
Requirements:
  • Experience in care or a related field (training provided)
  • Ability to drive in London and commute to near Lewisham station
  • Physical fitness and strength to undertake manual handling and supporting our client
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to our client's needs
  • Queer-friendly and comfortable around dogs
