Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, based on industry standards and qualifications. This figure may vary depending on individual factors such as education, experience, and location.

Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Liaison with Leidos, you will be responsible for providing critical support to beneficiaries in the overseas healthcare delivery system. Your key duties will include:
  • Verifying benefits eligibility and processing enrollments, disenrollments, and transfers using the Defense Online Enrollment System and other relevant tools.
  • Registering TRICARE beneficiaries in the MHS Genesis system and ensuring seamless integration with other healthcare systems.
  • Providing educational resources and benefits information to beneficiaries via phone and in-person interactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and processing claims assistance requests.

Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • SOFA/Command sponsorship as a dependent of an Active-Duty Service Member, DoD employee, or US Contractor supporting the DoD.
  • US citizenship.
  • ADP IT/III clearance access level eligibility.
  • Cumulative experience in the U.S. military healthcare delivery system or civilian managed care medical/administrative environment.
