Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee Group Financial Reporting and Statutory Accounts production.

You will be responsible for managing the Group's multi-currency IFRS consolidation process, overseeing two qualified accountants, and handling accounting for Group holding companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Group's multi-currency IFRS consolidation process and monthly management reporting.
  • Manage the Group's consolidation system (Oracle FCCS) and maintain relationships with external system support providers.
  • Supervise and develop two qualified accountants directly.
  • Handle the accounting for Group holding companies.
  • Prepare statutory accounts for UK subsidiaries and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
  • Support the Head of Financial Reporting by providing technical accounting guidance to the Group and divisional finance teams.

About You

  • ACA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Extensive experience in listed company reporting and multi-currency Group consolidation.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and present financial information clearly and confidently.
  • Solid understanding of IFRS, UK statutory accounts, and relevant disclosure requirements.
