Administrative Officer with High-Level Support Responsibilities

Vanrath is recruiting for a highly skilled Administrative Officer to provide high-level support to a Director in a large public sector body in Lisburn. This temporary part-time role offers a competitive salary of £25,409 per annum.

The purpose of this role is to assist the Director in ensuring services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include compiling reports, liaising with stakeholders, undertaking research, and providing administrative support.

As an ideal candidate, you will have a minimum of three years' experience as a Personal Assistant to a Chief Executive or Director, with expertise in minute taking and office administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is also essential.

You will work closely with Elected Members, Senior Officers, and external stakeholders, promoting equality of opportunity and access in service delivery. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality will be invaluable assets in this role.
