Join Our Team as a Senior Commercial Valuer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Valuer to join our team at Cluttons LLP. As a key member of our Valuations team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality valuation services to our clients across a range of commercial property sectors.

About the Role
  • Conduct financial viability assessments for clients, including public authorities and developers
  • Provide public sector asset valuations for accounting purposes, working with local authorities and other public bodies
  • Work with clients to develop and service existing and new client relationships, focusing on valuations for secured lending and mixed-use properties

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Requirements
  • Proven track record in valuation of commercial properties, including mixed-use developments
  • Ability to manage and grow client relationships to deliver financial goals
  • Experience in business development and external profile raising, including networking events and client entertainment
  • High-quality presentation skills, with the ability to present information accurately and succinctly
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply current market insight and knowledge to valuation modelling
  • Member of the RICS (MRICS) and RICS Registered Valuer
  • Driving licence
  • Good working knowledge of principal valuation software packages, including Argus Enterprise and KEL Sigma & Developer
