About Our Fleet Data Analyst Role

Fleet & Capacity Management is a critical function in ensuring that TUI airlines have the right aircraft accessible at the best possible economics to meet operational needs and provide an exceptional customer experience.

As a Fleet Data Analyst, you will support the Fleet & Capacity Management team in delivering this goal by ensuring the availability of accurate fleet-related data on a timely basis and providing analysis and insights from the data.

About the Role

You will report to the Manager - Fleet Management in FCM and work closely with colleagues across Europe on projects related to TUI Group's fleet.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Manager - Fleet Management and Analyst – Fleet Management in preparing and maintaining strategic and operational fleet plans for TUI Group airlines.
  • Updating and maintaining the aircraft database to ensure it reflects the latest fleet status and is available to support timely decision-making.
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of additional databases for use in fleet planning scenarios and analysis.
  • Evaluating the use of ACMI / charter aircraft versus in-house aircraft to fulfill tour operator demand.
  • Ensuring timely decisions and business cases are made for the usage of contractual terms on OEM and finance contracts.
  • Building and maintaining a knowledge centre/database for aircraft seat rates.
  • Participating in the evaluation of new aircraft types.
  • Supporting ad hoc business cases and quarterly reporting requirements.
About You

We are looking for a highly numerate and analytical individual with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of databases and data query tools is advantageous.

Key skills include attention to detail, innovation, and the ability to work to tight timescales and deadlines.
