Job Title: Multilingual Communication Expert

Location: Rugeley, Staffordshire

Estimated Salary: £25-£35 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We require an individual who can communicate effectively in multiple languages, both verbally and in writing, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and subtleties. As a multilingual communication expert, you will work closely with clients, interpreters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and successful outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality interpreting services for individuals and organizations across various sectors, including healthcare, law enforcement, and education;
  • Communicate complex information accurately and efficiently in multiple languages;
  • Liaise with clients, interpreters, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery;
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet client needs and exceed expectations;
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
  • Continuously develop and update your language skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices;
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and another language;
  • Formal qualifications in interpretation or translation, such as a Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI) or a degree in languages;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
  • Continuous professional development and willingness to adapt to changing industry demands;
  • Ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving language skills and knowledge.
