As a Physiotherapy Expert for Elderly Care, you will be part of our multidisciplinary team, working closely with experienced professionals to deliver exceptional care to our patients. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge, and leadership abilities in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a degree or other recognized qualification in Physiotherapy, HCPC registration, and significant experience working in elderly care and orthopaedics. You will possess strong clinical reasoning and treatment skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be familiar with rehabilitation principles and practices.

In this role, you will participate in the management and clinical leadership of physiotherapy services, contribute to policy development, and deputize for the Band 7 clinical lead Physiotherapist as required. You will be responsible for providing specialist support and advice to the physiotherapy team, managing your own caseload of patients with complex conditions, and ensuring a high-quality, effective, and efficient physiotherapy service in elderly care.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
