Job Title: Head of Service Experience

Essential Employment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Waste Services operations in Stoke on Trent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the operational activities of our Waste Services team, ensuring the provision of effective services in accordance with legislation and company policies.
  • Work closely with the Portfolio Holder and Director to ensure that our services efficiently and effectively deliver the requirements of our clients.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date market intelligence to identify opportunities and direct resources to secure financially advantageous opportunities for our clients.
  • Maintain effective relationships with elected representatives to build confidence in our service and stay up-to-date on political direction, expectations, and sensitivities.
