Nursery Practitioner Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Pearson Whiffin Education. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in accordance with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Monitor and record children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
