Education Assistant

GSL Education is an established education agency committed to providing high-quality teaching and support services. We are currently seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Havant.
This challenging yet rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide individualized support to students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your expertise in behaviour management and your ability to establish effective relationships with students and colleagues will be invaluable assets in this role.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of behaviour management techniques
- Proven experience supporting children with special educational needs, including physical disabilities, language disorders, and autism spectrum disorders
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or special education
