Role Overview

Redmore Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, reviewing and formalizing files, and attending joint client meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively build relationships with clients and confidently communicate with them
  • Review, check, and formalize files to completion with the Financial Analyst
  • Attend joint client meetings with the Financial Adviser as required
  • Meet with fund managers and product providers for research and diligence purposes
  • Write high-quality suitability reports
  • Be competent in research tools, including Selecta pension, Synaptics, Trustnet, and Cashflow modeling tools
  • Experience in using a CRM system and processing new business applications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for updating clients and accurately updating the diary back office
  • Analyze investment funds and assist with bespoke high net worth tax planning solutions and investment propositions
  • Accurately complete complex tax calculations

Requirements
  • Level 4 Diploma qualified with Level 6 exams (AFs) preferable
  • Long-established track record in Regulated Financial Services
  • Ability to work under pressure to strict guidelines
  • Support training colleagues or new members of staff
  • Positively contribute to team morale and energy
  • Manage the Investment Committee, research fund performance, strategy, and objectives to present to the advisers
  • Personal responsibility to keep up to date with Compliance testing and knowledge
