Job Description:

Wilson Recruitment Ltd is seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Person to join a team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week), covering two sites across Daventry, Northamptonshire. This is a varied role requiring someone who is an all-rounder in general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining clean yards, including winter de-icing and light groundwork such as weed removal.
• Handling property maintenance tasks including painting, decorating, basic plumbing, and electrical work.
• High-level warehouse cleaning using Skyvac or similar equipment.
• Low-level warehouse cleaning with an automated floor scrubber.
• Performing minor repair work.
• PAT testing (training provided if necessary).
• Occasional work at height (training provided if necessary).

Required Skills & Attributes:
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good time management skills to meet deadlines within the set hours.
• Full, clean UK driving licence for travel between sites and occasional van driving.
• Understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
• Willingness to take on additional duties as needed by the Management Team.
• Must maintain confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of our business.

Desirable Experience:
• Property maintenance experience, including basic plumbing and electrical work.
• PAT testing and working at height experience (preferred but not essential, training provided).
