Location: Harrogate

Base Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 (Commission Applicable)

Working Week: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Flexi Working Hours Available)

Sector: Children's Services; Children's Homes, Specialist Education, Mainstream Education

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering recruitment services to Children's Homes and Specialist Education Providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Advertise roles across job boards and social media to attract top candidates
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and ensure candidates are compliant and ready for work
  • Engage in sales and business development with current and potential clients
  • Maintain long-term relationships with all business parties
  • Visit schools and assess their recruitment requirements
  • Ensure a high standard of service is always delivered
