About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety Specialist to join our dynamic HSQE team based in Brentford. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in maintaining quality accreditations for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain quality accreditations through periodic audits and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Develop and maintain Management System procedures and policies.
- Review and update policies and procedures as necessary to reflect changing legislation and industry requirements.
- Conduct surveillance, inspections, and audits on sites, ensuring records are kept and data is uploaded into appropriate systems.
- Provide updates to senior management on health and safety implications and emerging legislation.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH General Certificate and experience in construction or rail sector.
- Excellent communication skills to lead on health and safety, quality assurance, and environmental performance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
What We Offer:
Circa £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
