About Woodcot Lodge, The Clarence Unit
- Rated GOOD by CQC, 80 bedded home combining short stay services with permanent nursing residency.
- Short-term services: Support for individuals admitted from acute trust and community for reassessment and reablement over a 28-day stay.
- Permanent long stay: 16 nursing beds for long-term care.
- Fast-paced environment: Multiple admissions and discharges facilitated daily.
Job Description
- Oversee the success and ongoing development of our home.
- Ensure compliance and quality assurance: Maintaining high standards of service in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage finances: Budget and occupancy responsibility.
- Deliver high-quality person-centred care to residents' satisfaction.
- SUPERVISE AND DEVELOP STAFF: Drive team engagement and personal growth and development.
- Establish relationships with residents' families and the wider community.
What We're Looking For:
- A seasoned Deputy Manager or Registered Manager.
- An inspirational leader who prioritises resident needs.
- A role model embodying our values and inspiring the team to do the same.
- A proven track record of successful change management and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate effective leadership and management to strengthen our position in the Hampshire care market.
Key Requirements
- Experience as a Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Able to drive change and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with Hampshire's care market.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
