About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our team at Page Green. As a key member of our MOD Projects team, you will be responsible for overseeing the initial planning and assessment of proposed projects before handover to the construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting MOD Project sites to conduct initial planning and assessment of proposed projects
  • Liaising closely with the MOD and reporting to a Senior Project Manager
  • Developing an initial assessment and plan for construction and maintenance work
  • Coordinating with internal design and financial management expertise, as well as external experts as needed
  • Creating a comprehensive plan, estimate, assessment, and financial program for proposed project work

Requirements:

  • Well-rounded FM or Construction Manager experience
  • NEC Contract experience
  • Effective communication and liaison skills with MOD senior personnel
  • Ability to assess and plan projects effectively

Work Environment:

This is a varied position that offers superb support from a large and successful PLC with a long-term relationship with the MOD. You will work on a wide-ranging Property Portfolio, including infrastructure projects, plant asset renewal, HVAC, chillers, electrical switchgear, life safety systems, CCTV, and BMS, hangar upgrades, MEP projects, demolition, and other facilities management services in the UK Defence Sector.
