Facilities Attendant

We are seeking a reliable Facilities Attendant to join our team at Nexgen Group.

This is a part-time opportunity, working 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 15:00pm to 18:00pm.

The estimated salary for this role is £13 per hour, based on the location and industry standards.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames.
• Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
• Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
• Hovering of carpeted areas.
• Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
• Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
• Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels (if contractual).
• Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks.
