Job Title: Customer Services Representative

As a Customer Services Representative at Guidant Global, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is an ongoing temporary contract for approximately 3 months. Guidant Global is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
