We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our new care home in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and operational success.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality care, strong business acumen, and marketing skills. You will oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring that it meets all regulatory requirements and provides exceptional care and support to residents.

As a regulated business, you will be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and be familiar with all relevant legislation and regulations. You will be responsible for managing the home's budget, ensuring financial targets are met, and costs are effectively managed.

You will be supported by a dedicated Operations and Central teams, as well as a Deputy Manager and Administrator, Hospitality and Housekeeping teams. These teams will collaborate with you to ensure smooth operations and exceptional care for our residents.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a nursing home, a strong working knowledge of CQC standards, and excellent communication skills. You will also have a proven marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful care home.
