Executive Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Professional to join our team at Pro-Found Recruitment Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base by showcasing the benefits of our clients' products and services.

About the Job:
  • Salary: £35,000 per annum
  • Uncapped commission plan based on performance
  • Company car or car allowance, laptop, and mobile phone provided

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in similar sales roles within the construction industry and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and delivering results through effective sales strategies.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

A competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £35,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission, is on offer to the successful candidate. You will also benefit from ongoing training and development opportunities.
