Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Interaction Recruitment's Head office in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and processing the weekly payroll of temporary workers.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Processing weekly payrolls
  • Coordinating pension administration, auto enrolment, and interfaces with pension providers
  • Processing tax codes
  • Calculating holiday entitlements
  • Processing statutory payments (sick, maternity, paternity payments)
  • Providing exceptional customer service

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £26,000 to £28,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes company pension and free parking.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A proven track record in payroll processing
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Sound knowledge of current payroll legislation
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft products
  • A 'can do' positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
