About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to join our team at StartMonday. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for servicing, fault-finding, and repairing boilers in the RG postcode area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake servicing, fault-finding, and repair work on boilers in the RG postcode area
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to diagnose and resolve boiler issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest boiler technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • Previous experience in boiler breakdown and fault-finding (ideally 2+ years)
  • ACS Core and Boilers certification (CCN1 and CEN1)
  • Able to use a multi-meter
  • Full UK driving license
  • Live in the RG postcode area
