In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for IT and excellent communication skills.

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Secondary School Network Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing technical issues, and collaborating with other teams to deliver strong technical solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing on-site technical support to the school's staff and students
  • Managing technical issues flagged by monitoring software
  • Performing system administration tasks on-site, such as installing new hardware
  • Maintaining a positive working relationship with customers and colleagues


Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience of working in an MSP or IT environment (or similar)
  • Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration/support
  • Troubleshooting and supporting modern desktop environments (Windows 10/11/macOS)
  • Understanding of computer and server components, networks, and infrastructure
  • Excellent communication skills and a polite, confident, and effective manner
