Senior Asset Management Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Management Analyst to join our team at Circle Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets across the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective asset management strategies to optimize asset utilization and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for assets.
  • Provide expert advice on asset management best practices and ITIL frameworks.
  • Work closely with vendors to negotiate and manage contracts for asset procurement and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in asset management, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and ServiceNow ITSM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
