1. Promote and maintain the company image and act as a brand ambassador.
2. Deliver outstanding customer service and maximise volume to ensure profit and financial targets are met.
3. Co-ordinate and control the work of Autocentre staff, offering assistance and support as required.
4. Ensure the security of stock and monies, being accountable for any losses.
5. Maintain company house-keeping standards.
