As a part of our team, you'll receive a structured development plan tailored to introduce you to the technical and commercial competencies that are the stepping stones to success at Turner & Townsend.

A dedicated Development Manager will be your guide, providing support and ensuring you're on the right track.

Our learning approach goes beyond traditional 'on-the-job' training. You'll benefit from a blend of technical and behavioural training, learning from both peers and experienced professionals.

This comprehensive approach equips you with the knowledge and skills you need to excel.

You'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles providing you with exposure to the most complex projects and programmes across the industry.

The graduate programme offers the chance to personally drive improvements and successful delivery at the forefront of key sectors including infrastructure, central & local government, health & education, energy and natural resources, commercial development, data-centres, life sciences, and defence.

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where you'll develop an array of skills to assist the teams in the successful delivery of our cost management services.

You'll have the opportunity to work with our HIVE applications and tools which are part of our integrated service offer, helping to make the difference to cost and carbon on your projects and programmes.

In the cost management role, you may have the option (subject to internal review of candidates) have the ability to work as part of the CM Digital Team for a 6 month secondment/hybrid position.

In some regional roles being able to drive will be necessary due to the location of client offices. Please also note this is not a remote role as we operate a hybrid working approach you will need to be willing and able to work in a Turner & Townsend office or a client site.

To be considered for roles in the Defence arena you will need to pass both a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check and UKSV SC clearance – this process will initiated once you have accepted an offer and have indicated you are happy to go through these checks.
