Job Title: Legal Cashier

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Legal Cashier to join our team in the City of London. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the office account, processing disbursements, and ensuring compliance with SRA rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the office account, including daily bank reconciliations and postings into 3E
  • Process disbursements, including purchasing currency from Convera
  • Reconcile firm accounts, including IPO, WIPO, and OHIM accounts
  • Ensure compliance with SRA rules and regulations
  • Provide cover for the Cashier Manager and Senior Cashier in their absence

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a legal finance team
  • Immediate availability or 1 week's notice
