Our ideal candidate will be a skilled educator with a passion for teaching KS1/KS2. They will have experience managing challenging behaviour and be able to develop and maintain Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with behavioural needs.

The successful candidate will also be a compassionate mentor, capable of inspiring and empowering students to achieve both academic success and personal growth. They will collaborate with parents, colleagues, and external professionals to support student development.

A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required, along with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). The salary for this role is estimated at around £35,000-£45,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain IEPs for students with behavioural needs

  • Participate in professional development opportunities focused on behaviour management and inclusive education
  • Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and resilience within the classroom and school community
