Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance checks, assisting contractors, and completing ad-hoc jobs. They will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this role, applicants must possess prior experience in maintenance, multi-trade, or handyperson positions. Additionally, they must have a clean criminal record, as all applicants will undergo thorough vetting before starting employment.

Benefits:

This role comes with a competitive salary of £19 per hour (umbrella) or £15.67 per hour (PAYE) plus holiday pay. The position offers a standard 39-hour workweek from Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays.
