Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Norfolk, working within our Prison healthcare service. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for promoting patient-centred clinical practice, overseeing medication reviews and reconciliation, and ensuring service is provided in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pharmaceutical knowledge and experience in overseeing the medicines management service
  • Ensure high-quality care and promote patient-centred clinical practice

Requirements

  • Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm, BSc, or BPharm)
  • GPHC Registration
  • Passion for high-quality care
