We are seeking a skilled Plating Specialist to join our team at Matchtech Mobility. As a Plating Specialist, you will be responsible for performing plating tasks with precision and efficiency, fabricating metal structures as required for marine projects, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform plating tasks with precision and efficiency
* Fabricate metal structures as required for marine projects

* Collaborate with the team to optimize project outcomes
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment
* Adhere to project timelines and specifications
* Report progress and any issues to supervisors
* Support the team in meeting overall project goals

**Requirements:**

* Experience in plating and fabricating within the marine industry
* Ability to work long hours, including weekends
* BPSS security status is preferred; however, our client can submit forms and provide escort if necessary
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Adaptability and ability to manage workload effectively

**Rate:**

* £28/h Umbrella co
* £21.30/h PAYE plus £2.57/h holiday pay (can be accrued or advanced)
