Commercial Finance Business Partnering Role

Axon Moore is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Business Partner to join their team based outside Chester. As a key player in a high-profile, business-facing team, you will provide essential financial insights to support the trading team, driving category sales and margin growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor financial performance and influence senior decision-makers to drive business growth.
  2. Provide commercial awareness and numeracy skills to effectively challenge and interpret financial data.
  3. Work closely with key stakeholders to make a meaningful impact on the business.
  4. Develop and implement financial strategies to support category sales growth.

This is a true business partnering role that requires a strong commercial acumen and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have a proven track record of success in FMCG or retail, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  1. Proven success in fast-paced environments.
  2. Strong commercial awareness and numeracy skills.
  3. A track record of monitoring financial performance and influencing senior decision-makers.
  4. Qualified, part-qualified accountants (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), or QBE candidates with commercial acumen.
