Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance professional to join our team at Lloyd Recruitment - Epsom. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our services and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the performance of teams in operational areas
  • Conduct monitoring activities as outlined in our QA framework
  • Gather and analyze data from monitoring activities to support information flow and challenge processes
  • Provide feedback to agents and management as needed
  • Identify trends and report insights to the QA Manager
Requirements:
  • Previous Quality Assurance experience is essential
  • Knowledge in the Financial Services industry is desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
