About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our Resort Safety Leadership Team at Butlins as a Resort Safety Manager.
As a Resort Safety Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in the day-to-day operation of the safety elements of the resort, including monitoring car parks and traffic flows, implementing security procedures, providing training to the team, and producing operational plans for break types throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Resort Safety Team to maintain high levels of operational standards
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to ensure guest safety
- Provide training and coaching to the team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, including rostering systems, guest feedback systems, and accident and incident reporting systems
- Drive consistent brand standards and guest obsession throughout the resort
About You
We are looking for an individual with working experience in a security industry or similar, such as the armed forces or police, and hands-on leadership experience.
You should be passionate about leading and developing a team, supporting people through regular 1:1s and coaching, and delivering an amazing experience to our guests.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft systems
- First Aid At Work qualification
- SIA qualification
