Job Title: Basketball & Cricket Coaches

We are seeking experienced and qualified coaches to join our team at OnlyFE, delivering high-quality coaching sessions for basketball and cricket enthusiasts.

About the Role:

As a Basketball & Cricket Coach, you will be responsible for organizing and delivering coaching activities that cater to various skill levels, including those with specific needs. Your primary goal will be to ensure the development of all learners, providing progression routes into higher levels of the sport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver coaching sessions that meet the highest standards of excellence.
  • Develop and implement coaching plans that cater to diverse skill levels and abilities.
  • Provide feedback to players to improve their performance, highlighting key strengths and areas for development.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective coaching program.
  • Contribute to the development of coaching resources and materials.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of Level 2 Coaching qualification.
  • A proven track record of improving player performance through player support and development.
  • An extensive knowledge of coaching techniques and strategies.
  • A full clean driving license, as the role will involve team transport to away fixtures.
