Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Global Operations Coordinator to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our investment team, including travel and diary management, expense processing, and coordination of office visits and team offsites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for team members
  • Process and check expenses in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare travel itineraries and coordinate administration for new joiners
  • Carry out ad hoc administration tasks, such as planning office visits and team offsites
  • Pro-actively resolve administrative and system issues
  • Diary management for up to 7 members of the UK Investment Team, scheduling meetings, conference calls and video conference calls
  • Welcoming visitors and senior leaders to the Edinburgh office

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, 25 days annual leave and a flexible working policy.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience of working in a professional environment, ideally across time zones
  • Experience in travel planning and a good understanding of geography
  • Experience of working with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and remaining calm under pressure
  • Prioritisation skills developed through processing large volumes of information
  • Ability to prioritise, meet tight deadlines and produce detailed accurate work
  • Experience of interacting with people at different levels, both internally and externally
