Lead Commissioning Manager

Job Type: Contract & Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Commissioning Manager to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a key member of our Commissioning Management and Technical Services consultancy, you will be responsible for the execution of Commissioning Management on one or more projects across various sectors, including data centres, commercial offices, pharmaceutical laboratories, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operations and finances of projects under your control, ensuring total completion in line with client expectations.
  • Comply with and promote H&S standards.
  • Maintain a capability to deliver 3-4 concurrent projects.
  • Understand project scope, deliverables, and ensure they are followed.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of the commissioning plan.
  • Advise on programming commissioning-related items or complete a commissioning programme as required.
  • Maximize opportunities and minimize risks on all projects, influencing project margin.
  • Ensure proper order placement of all subcontractors by company procedures and best practice.
Requirements:
  • Strong background operating as a Commissioning Manager within the Data Centre industry.
  • Previous experience managing operations and finances of projects.
