Job Title: Academic Services Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Academic Services Officer. In this role, you will play a critical part in coordinating investment execution activities for our clients and contributing to the development of our operational processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal capital calls, ensuring timely notification to clients and adherence to deadlines.
  • Ensure authorizations for investment recommendations are obtained and orders are implemented efficiently.
  • Adhere to Partners Capital's execution policy and procedures.
  • Monitor client cash and securities accounts, managing relationships with custodians, trustees, and other third-parties.
  • Liaise with client representatives on account-related issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare detailed foreign exchange contract instructions to adjust client portfolios.
  • Adhere to foreign exchange hedging policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in Financial Services, or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
