## Job Title: Housekeeping Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Relais & Châteaux. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel products and services to respond to guest enquiries or requests.
* Clean and service guest accommodation, public areas, cloakrooms, and other specified areas to the required standards.
* Replenish hospitality trays and complimentary in-room beverages.
* Process dirty linen in the correct manner.
* Perform the daily turndown service to the specified standard.
* Report any maintenance issues to the Head Housekeeper or Senior Housekeeper or to Reception.
* Note the daily Housekeeping List to ensure all guest details and requirements are carried out.
* Ensure all hotel keys in use are signed out and back in at the beginning and end of each shift.
* Communicate any customer comments/feedback promptly and professionally to management.
* Handle guest property with care, ensuring it is passed to Reception for recording and returning.
* Display a high standard of personal presentation and grooming standards in accordance with company guidelines.

* Previous housekeeping experience is not essential, as full training will be given.
