Responsibilities and Key Skills:

  • Build strong customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Generate new business opportunities within our existing partner base by planning outbound calls to customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly Revenue and Margin targets.
  • Develop relationships with key internal and external contacts.
  • Engage in active inside selling by using various sources to gain customer information and maximize call potential and outcomes.
  • Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions.
  • Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and our company value proposition.
  • Identify project opportunities and collaborate with Business Development Managers for specific product or vendor knowledge.
  • Provide accurate and timely quotations.
  • Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting.
  • Maintain a well-organized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with correct customer information.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Achieve set targets with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Numerate with attention to detail and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Develop strong relationship-building skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Prior sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
